A 2 year old girl has passed away after being struck by a pickup truck early Monday afternoon in Spencer Township, Ohio. The child passed away early Tuesday morning at Akron Children's Hospital. The accident, which took place near Homerville, Ohio, has not resulted in any charges against the driver of the pickup truck.
