Drunk Driver hits Horse and Buggy in Wayne County, Ohio

A drunk driver killed one and injured two others when the car he was driving struck a horse and buggy on State Route 30 in Wayne County, Ohio last Friday night. Both vehicles were traveling southbound when the car struck the horse and buggy. All of the passengers in the buggy were injured, including an 11 year old girl, who was later pronounced dead at Lodi Hospital. The buggy was said to have been equipped with safety markers, including white reflective tape and gas lanterns.
