A Bedford man was killed on Wednesday afternoon after his motorcycle collided with an SUV at the corner of West 130th and Gilmore Avenue. The motorcyclist was traveling southbound on West 130th when the SUV made a left turn in front of the motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was not wearing a helmet.
Motorcycles are becoming more popular by the day, which unfortunately leads to an increase in motorcycle accidents. The attorneys at Keis George llp are not only motorcycle enthusiasts, but have experience in handling cases involving motorcycle accidents. While the law in Ohio requires drivers of motorcycles to wear a helmet while driving, not doing so does not eliminate any possibility of recovery if the accident was not your fault. If you or someone you know have been involved in a motorcycle accident, contact the attorneys at Keis George llp today.
