January 31, 2011

It is a problem that rarely gets thought about but can have serious implications for your daily life...and becomes more likely the colder the temperature gets here in Ohio.  Basic slip and falls become much more prevelant this time of year, as more ice and snow accumulates on our roads and walkways, and they can have very bad consequences.  These accidents are not limited to ones driveway either, pedestrian accidents due to ice happen all over town, and its possible that a business or owner of property could be liable in a fall due to ice accumulation.

If you unfortunately find yourself as an injured pedestrian, and believe that a business or property owner may be negligent, take the time to know your rights.  Contact an attorney from Keis George for a free consultation about your fall and get the advice you need to make sure that a possibly responsible party gets held accountable for your injuries.
