Car Strikes Amish Buggy

A car driven by a Wellington man in Lorain County struck an Amish buggy, injuring the horse and drivers of the buggy. The accident occurred in Pittsfield Township on State Route 58, when the driver of the car attempted to pass one buggy, only to find another buggy, which the driver could not see, in front of it. Upon attempting to return to the right lane, the driver clipped the second buggy. The accident is still under investigation by the Lorain County Police.
